level of support provided to you. All staff are recruited via thorough, service
user-orientated processes and then follow comprehensive training plans; which
are consistently monitored in order to ensure that high standards of quality are
being met in care and support provided. At all times, staff are closely supervised
and monitored in order to ensure that they are happy, developing and most importantly;
providing an excellent standard of care and support to service users.

constantly self-evaluate our compliance and practices. In order to do this, we
